Mayo Clinic Optical Locations 

Mayo Clinic Optical has four main locations. Two are located in Rochester, Minnesota; one is in Jacksonville, Florida; and one is in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mayo Clinic Optical Downtown, Rochester, Minn.

The optical store is located on the seventh floor of the Mayo Building in downtown Rochester, Minnesota. There are two parking ramps that you can park in and walk underground to the Mayo Building. The ramps are Damon Parking Ramp and Graham Parking Ramp. Click on Mayo Downtown Campus Map.

Mayo Clinic Optical Northeast, Rochester, Minn.

The optical store is located in the lower level of the building. Parking is available on-site. For driving directions, see page three of the campus map.

The optical store is located on the second floor of the Davis Building. Directions and parking information.

The optical store is located on the concourse level on the opposite side of the fountain in the clinic building. Driving directions and/or parking.
